Charles has been my property manager for 6 years. Over those 6 years I have never had any issues with rental payments or getting repairs to the property done in a timely, cost-effective manner.
Charles has a very quick response time to any inquires.  He also has a quick response to the tenants when they have any issues with the rental property. Happy tenants make good tenants!!! Highly recommend Charles for any property management needs.
